Hey there! Before you start using StudyHaven, please take a moment to read these terms. They're here to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. If you don’t agree with them, you should reconsider using the service.

Using Topical PDFs

I put a lot of effort into generating topical PDFs from official past papers and other resources to help you study better. Here’s what you should know:

You don’t own the PDFs: When you subscribe and generate the PDFs, you get a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for personal or educational purposes. That means you can use them, but they still belong to StudyHaven.
No sharing or reselling: Please don’t redistribute, resell, or publicly share these PDFs.
Tracking & Enforcement: If a redistributed PDF is traced back to your account, I reserve the right to terminate your subscription without a refund to keep the platform fair for everyone.
Accuracy Disclaimer: I do my best to ensure accuracy, but I can’t guarantee that every question and format will be perfect. If you spot mistakes, feel free to let me know!

Subscriptions & Account Termination

No Refunds: All payments are final. If you subscribe, make sure it’s what you need because I don’t offer refunds.
Termination Rights: I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you misuse the service or break these terms.
Service Availability: I’ll do my best to keep StudyHaven running smoothly, but sometimes updates or maintenance may affect access.
Payment & Billing: StudyHaven uses third-party processors (Dodo Payments/Paddle) to handle subscriptions. While I strive for a seamless experience, these are independent services beyond my direct control, and I cannot be held responsible for their technical errors or service failures. If you encounter any issues—such as difficulty canceling or an unintended charge—it is your responsibility to contact support@studyhaven.org immediately. I will only honor refund requests if you reach out within 24 hours of being charged; after this window, no refunds will be granted.

What You Agree To

By using StudyHaven, you agree to:

Use the service only for personal and educational purposes.
Not reverse-engineer, copy, or try to take advantage of StudyHaven’s systems.
Respect the work I’ve put in and the intellectual property of third-party sources.

Updates to These Terms

Sometimes, I might need to update these terms. If there’s a big change, I’ll let you know through the website.
